Here is a definitely easy no bake cookie, it consists only 5 ingredients and no sugar added. 

Ingredients:

+ 1/2 cup butter
+ 1/2 cup milk
+ 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
+ 3 cups quick cooking oats
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Note: If you want that is very sweet then add 2 cups of granulated sugar.

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, mix together butter, milk. Bring to a boil and boil for a minute, stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat and mix in the quick cooking oats, cocoa and vanilla extract. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let it cool and serve.
