Who wants chocolate? Everybody does.... How about chocolate mousse? I think everybody does too. I discovered this recipe through a friend of mine, it was really delicious and yummy.
Ingredients:
9.35 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 Tbs sugar
240ml water
2 Tbs brandy or any liqueur of your choice
Procedure:
1. Melt the chocolate, water and sugar in a double boiler. If the chocolate has melted, empty this into the bowl standing on top of the ice (procedure no. 2)
2. Fill a large bowl with ice cubes and then place another, smaller bowl on top, set aside
3. Start beating the mixture with an electric mixer until it thickens. It takes 3-5 minutes.
4. Once it starts to thickens, spoon it into your serving dishes.
5. Add the brandy at the end of the mixing.
Voila... Enjoy
