Are you looking for a quality Sake that you can enjoy again and again?
Sake is a clear liquor made mainly from rice, malted rice, and water. It is brewed using a method unique to Japan and is popular all over the world. There are three types of sake: small 300ml, medium 720ml, and large 1800ml bottles.
Today, we’d like to introduce you Sake - Fukuju Junmai Ginjo 720ml 15 degrees, a sake that has won many awards in foreign competitions and was also offered at the Nobel Prize-winning banquet.
Junmai Ginjo sake is made by fermenting carefully polished rice cultivated exclusively in Hyogo, the best sake rice producing region of Japan. Fermentation is done at low temperature for extended periods of time. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe apricot and features a smooth rice umami flavor. It is highly recognized by sommeliers from around the world, and was served at the banquet dinner at the Nobel Prize award ceremony several years.

Drink Fukuju and be blessed with good fortune!
The name "Fukuju" is derived from one of the Seven Lucky Gods in Japanese mythology, Fukurokuju, which means "happiness" (fuku); "wealth" (roku); and "longevity" (ju).
Fukuju is brewed in Hyogo Prefecture in the Kansai region.
Since 1751 over 13 generations, Kobe Shushinkan has continued with strong conviction that sake making must continue as a prized craft of Japan. The brewery compound houses their own restaurant, shops and event space to help provide a chance to take part in celebrating this art yourself.
