Last 2019 the Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai International School held a Philippine-Japan Festival at SM Lanang Premiere and ever since I tasted the authentic takoyaki and I think that is really from Japan and ever since takoyaki stalls boom here in Davao City. I am eager to find every takoyaki that is exactly like that one in the Philippine-Japan Festival.
I have found closer to its taste, very close was the Inganese Takoyaki which they have 2 branches at Bangkal and Torres Davao City.
I have tasted their regular which are the veggies, their octobits and octocheese. But I prefer their regular takoyaki. Octocheese too overpowering.
