The French Baker has built its success for innovation: to take the idea of neighborhood bakery to the next level, allowing every Filipino to enjoy freshly-baked, high-quality, and affordable breads.
Baguettes, scones, croissants, Belgian waffles, parisiennes, crepes, bagles, Danishes sourdough bread and ciabatta have now become as familiar to Filipinos as pandesal, monay and ensaymada. Read More About French Baker Here...
I am not an affiliate of french baker but I do want to review their blueberry cheesecake. See below..
This (above) blueberry cheesecake costs PhP82.00, too small for PhP82.00. The taste is good but compare it to the blueberry cheesescake of Sugar Munch, I'd say, still Sugar Munch's Blueberry cheesecake tastes good than the french baker blueberry cheesecake..But still this will depend on our taste buds right... I was just curious about their blueberry cheesecake and have it a try. Feel free to comment...

Posted by Aj | 4:00 PM | dessert recipe, desserts, nestle cream recipes, panna cotta | 0 comments »Panna Cotta? I just saw this from my friend making it and got curious. So I tried to make this and see what is the outcome...
Ingredients:
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 cups of Nestle Cream ( 2 cans of 300g Nestle Cream measures 2 cups)
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. In a small bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in milk and let bloom for 5 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan, combine Nestle Cream with sugar and vanilla extract. Bring to a simmer. Do not boil.
3. Turn off heat and add milk and gelatin mixture. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.
4. Transfer into individual cups or molds. Chill for at least 8 hours or until firm. Serve with fresh fruits if desired.
Here's mine:
Tastes like ice cream... not too sweet but if you'll use regular sugar then it would tastes really sweet. Enjoy!

Doesn't everyone loves desserts especially cakes, right?
This is a review of a Sugar Munch's White Choco Mousse cake. I am fond of their cakes, mostly their white choco mousse cakes. Why? Because it is not so sweet, and really I recommend this to all those who have diabetes and craving for cakes.
Sugar Munch's cakes has so many varieties, but this cake is the one that I can't just get enough. Although I really want to know their recipe about this but they won't tell..
I hope someday they will have a seminar or lesson about their cakes.
